Bruce Reder

Bruce Reder is a member of the Advisory Board that provides strategic advice to the management of Walsh Service Solutions. Bruce's background includes management of day-to-day accounting and financial departments and has been part of the executive management team's strategic planning from a financial and accounting perspective. He has almost 40 years of financial leadership practice, serving as Chief Financial Officer of both privately held companies and a division of a publicly traded company. The three privately held companies were in three different sectors and all were in growth modes, with revenues of $150M in the largest of the three. Bruce also served as CFO of a $300M division in the automotive sector of a $5B publicly traded company. Bruce was the lead financial person in the marketing and sale of the $300M division of a publicly traded company to a private equity firm in 2007 and the sale of a privately held company to a publicly traded company in 2012. Bruce is currently the CFO of a privately held company in Kalamazoo, MI. Bruce earned an MBA degree in Business Administration through Western Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Bruce lives with his wife in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area where he is a member of the Planning Committee for Fundraising for the Susan Mast ALS Foundation in Kalamazoo and is active member of the Guys Who Give - Kalamazoo County.

Captain Brian Williams

Brian Williams is a project manager specializing in marine operations at Walsh Service Solutions. Brian's background includes serving as a small business owner as well as serving in various operational management positions. He has over 20 years of experience in operational management, business development, project management, and resource management within various service operations industries. As the owner of BogeyWest, Ltd, Brian provided leadership oversight for multiple locations across the Metropolitan Detroit Area and built an organization over a decade to over a million dollars in annual revenue. His responsibilities as owner included: human resources management, finance, operations, maintenance, and business development. Previously, Brian served as Vice President of Operations for a multi-million-dollar infrastructure services company where he was responsible for day-to-day operations and resource planning. Brian also worked for Inland Waters Pollution Control, Inc. as a project manager and field superintendent within the municipal services group where he was responsible project execution, safety, estimation, and budget. Brian earned his 100-ton USCG Captain's license in 2005. His continuing education also includes numerous OSHA / EPA / DOT training classes including the OSHA 30-Hour and HAZWOPER 40-Hour programs. Brian lives with his wife and two children in the Carleton, Michigan area where he has been active in Rotary International and has been a member of the Rotary Club of Huron Township for over 10 years holding a variety of leadership positions and chairs over the years.

Daniel R. Walsh - CEO

Dan Walsh is a managing partner and focuses primarily on delivering construction services at Walsh Service Solutions. Dan's background includes over 30 years in operations management with cross-functional experience in pipeline preventative maintenance, project management, pipeline construction, construction site management, general business administration, small business ownership, and industrial cleaning operations. Dan has spent the previous ten years working in various leadership capacities in the Oil & Gas industry. He has worked on mainline & facility construction and maintenance, integrity digs, specialty, and environmental remediation projects where he was responsible for daily activities of the contractor which included the following activities: pipeline construction, drain-down of in service lines, cut out, tie-in, line abandonment, grouting, NDE, X-Ray & magnetic particle testing, materials management, welding inspection, coating inspection (including underwater), and as-built documentation. Dan has received numerous commendations and recognition for his leadership on these projects. Previously, Dan owned his own residential construction company in Northern Michigan. As the owner of Walsh Construction/InsulNorth, Dan provided leadership oversight for multiple operations across the region and built his organization up over twenty years until the housing market crashed. His responsibilities as owner included: human resources management, finance, operations, maintenance, and business development. Prior to that, Dan spent eight years working at an industrial cleaning services company, performing all aspects of industrial cleaning at the field level in the steal, power generation, manufacturing, and petro-chemical industries. Dan is a certified NACE Coating Inspector Level 2, API 1169 (Pipeline Inspector), and CPWI+ (Certified Pipeline Welding Inspector). Dan also held a Michigan Builder's License. His continuing education includes numerous OSHA / EPA / DOT training classes including the OSHA 30-Hour and HAZWOPER 40-Hour programs. Dan lives with his wife and children in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where he is active in the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Darrell Pierce

Darrell Pierce is a project manager specializing in water treatment operations at Walsh Service Solutions. Darrell brings almost 30 years of experience in the construction and remediation industries, Including extensive work with Water Filtration and Soil & Vapor Treatment Systems. He has been involved with a variety of Soil and Groundwater remediation projects including UST/ AST removals, water filtration system installations, AS/SVE treatment system designs and installation, chemical injection systems and multi-phase treatment systems. Previously, Darrell served as a senior project manager for several multi-million-dollar infrastructure services companies where he was responsible designing and building Water and AS/SVE Treatment systems and has experience in contract administration, health and safety regulations, project management, cost control, crew supervision and subcontractor and vendor relations. Darrell has held a variety of positions that have included being a business owner, business development manager, project manager, estimator, and electrician. Over the course of his career, her has estimated and supervised hundreds of construction, groundwater, and soil remediation projects. He has worked with clients in private industries, engineering firms and local State and Federal regulatory agencies. Darrell's continuing education also includes numerous OSHA / EPA / DOT training classes including the OSHA 30-Hour and HAZWOPER 40-Hour programs. Darrell lives in Northern Lower Michigan with his family.

L. Richard Walsh - CEO, President

Rich Walsh founded Walsh Service Solutions and is a managing partner, his background includes 30 years of experience as an operations management executive building and optimizing organizational processes, measurement systems and infrastructure to maximize day-to-day operating results. An accomplished and dedicated leader, Rich has cross-functional experience in environmental remediation and sediment removal, industrial cleaning, municipal cleaning and inspection, emergency response, lead and asbestos abatement, environmental health and safety, fleet management, project management, and waste transportation. As the Senior Vice President of Operations / Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the environmental platform of Great Lakes Dredge & Dock (NASDAQ Symbol - GLDD), Rich provided leadership oversight for twelve locations across eight states with $180M in annual revenue. As COO, he integrated a standardization of systems, risk management and project controls. Rich also served as President of Terra Contracting Services with $65M in P&L responsibility. Previously, Rich served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Inland Industrial Services Group, a leading provider of high value-added solutions for critical infrastructure and specialized industrial environments. In this capacity, he directed forty-four locations across fifteen states with $110M in revenue. His career path included progressively-responsible roles in operations management, safety, inventory control, resource management, commodity purchasing, project resourcing, quality improvement and annual budget oversight. Rich served 8 1/2 years active duty and 2 1/2 years reserves in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Sergeant / E-5 and receiving numerous commendations for meritorious and professional service including an Air Medal, three Navy Achievement Medals, and Combat Aircrew Wings. He is a veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Rich earned an MBA degree in Business Administration through Michigan State University's Eli Broad Graduate School of Management. Michael Harris

Mike Harris is a project manager specializing in technical imaging services at Walsh Service Solutions. Mike has spent the previous 12 years working in various leadership capacities in the marine construction industry. He has worked on complex underwater construction, deconstruction, and salvage operations where he was responsible for utilizing surface supplied apparatus, performing boat pilot operations, and acting as a dive medical technician. He has been responsible for testing, air quality, general maintenance & repair of diving systems, operations equipment, and vessel maintenance along with logging required testing schedules for certifications. Previously, Mike has also worked in the transportation and road construction industries where he has been an over the road commercial truck driver, delivering hazardous materials across North America. Prior to that, Mike spent several years in the road construction industry, operating various pieces of heavy equipment. Mike served in the United States Army and Oklahoma National Guard, attaining the rank of Specialist / E-4 and receiving numerous commendations for meritorious and professional service. Mike is a licensed FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot and is working towards 50-ton USCG Captain's license and his private pilot's license. Mike is certified in Aerial Thermography, and is also certified as a Dive Medical Technician, Dive Supervisor, Commercial Diver, and a NDT Specialist Visual - Level 1 and NDT Specialist Ultrasonic & Magnetic Particle - Level 1&2. Paul Morgan - Chief Legal Officer

Paul's background includes over 20 years of experience as business legal counsel and executive manager with emphasis on contract negotiation and risk management in the legal, biotech/pharma, and environmental construction industries. As the Chief Contracting Officer and Senior Vice President at Great Lakes Environmental & Infrastructure (a GLDD company, NASDAQ), where he focused on risk management, contract negotiations, and claims/dispute management. He was also General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Terra Contracting (a GLDD company), where he focused on legal, contracts, sales, marketing, and human resources. Previously, Paul served as the General Counsel, Vice President and Corporate Secretary at MPI Research, where he focused on legal oversight, operational management, contracts, QA/QC, human resources, facilities, and security. He was also a partner at Varnum law firm, where he specialized in corporate law and commercial litigation. Paul earned his law degree through the University of DePaul, College of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He is also a Lean Six, Certified Executive Green Belt and an Injury & Incident Free, Certified Corporate Trainer. Paul lives with his wife and children in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area.

Robert "Willy" Williams

Robert Lynn "Willy" Williams - beloved husband, father, uncle, and friend -passed away January 9, 2022, in Southgate, Michigan, at the age of 72. He was born on May 28 th, 1949, in Somers Point, New Jersey to Andrew and Katheryn (nee' Deuman) Williams. Willy graduated in 1967 from Loretto Catholic Central High School in Sault Sainte Marie, MI and joined the United States Coast Guard. He married the love of his life, Sheila Kaye Walsh on January 22, 1972, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sault Sainte Marie, MI.

Thomas R. Walsh

Thomas R. Walsh is a partner in Walsh Service Solutions and is the president of Corporate Security, LLC. Thomas's background includes physical security and antiterrorism consulting services where he is responsible for conducting risk and vulnerability assessments, making critical infrastructure recommendations, and the design of electronic, physical, and perimeter security systems and programs for government and corporate facilities worldwide. He has authored numerous reports including risk and vulnerability assessments, existing conditions reports, design concepts and performance specifications, technical drawings, and force protection engineering studies. He instructs military, law enforcement, and other government officials proper force protection, anti-terrorism, CBRNE, emergency management, HazMat response, and security design countermeasures. Previously, he served with the Pentagon Force Protection Agency as a Physical Security Program Manager responsible for the development and implementation of physical security and antiterrorism countermeasures at the Pentagon Reservation and other Department of Defense facilities in the Washington, DC National Capital Region (NCR). He provided security guidance to Pentagon renovation architects, construction managers, and senior agency leadership. He developed and implemented internal security policies, providing procedural and operational guidance. He served as a Contracting Officer's Technical Representative, where he directed and coordinated contractor activities and exercised control for functions of contract tasks to ensure that prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with security system objectives, plans, drawings, specifications, and procedures. Previously, he served as a physical security specialist contracted to the US Dept. of Homeland Security's Federal Protective Service, Threat Management Branch, where he performed comprehensive physical security assessments and program management services in accordance with Interagency Security Committee (ISC) and other published government directives. Thomas served 5 years in the United States Navy, attaining the rank of Petty Officer 2 nd Class / E-5 and receiving numerous commendations for meritorious and professional service. He has worked as the chief firearms instructor for a full service shooting center for several years where he conducts both classroom and range instruction for shooters of all skill levels, including police and security officers. Since the shooting center is a licensed Class III firearms facility, he has become proficient with several types of foreign and domestic Title II automatic firearms, thus providing instruction in their proper use and deployment to authorized individuals. Firearm disciplines taught include personal protection, home firearm safety, basic and advanced tactical handgun, team tactics, patrol rifle, and combat shotgun. Walter M. Walsh

Walter M. Walsh is a partner and a member of the Advisory Board that provides strategic advice to the management of Walsh Service Solutions. He is currently employed by the State of Michigan as an Information Technology programmer and analyst managing a Distributed Learning Facility. Walter's experience includes ownership of an Internet technology and consulting service where he provided internet service to 350 residential and business customers. He also consulted for financial institutions in Michigan and Arizona. Prior to starting his own business in 2007, Walter worked as an Information Technology Specialist for the U.S. Government assigned with the Michigan Army National Guard. He designed and oversaw multi-million dollar technology infrastructure projects. He also served as a Federal Environmental Protection Specialist with the Michigan Army National Guard responsible for the development and implementation Environmental Training at the user level and Hazardous waste and noise programs. In 1981 Walter joined the Michigan Army National Guard as an Army Engineer before transitioning to personnel, infantry and finally IT career fields. He retired in 2008 with 27 years of service and having achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class (E-7). He received
