Ms. Jennifer Witt

Jennifer Witt is a personal injury attorney who is passionate about helping clients tell their story. Jennifer is known for her compassion but also recognized as a fierce advocate. She will not stand for an insurance company taking advantage of or devaluing a client's suffering. She is known for getting policy limits settlements and being aggressive in her representation. She held positions as the Vice-President and President of Moot Court Council and was chosen for Gonzaga's National Trial Team. She received the Cali Award every semester for Research and Writing and received awards for the Negotiation Competition as well as the Appellate Competition. In more recent years, she has received the 10 Best Client Satisfaction Award from the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys and the Top 100 from The National Trial Lawyers. Since graduating, Jennifer served as a Law Clerk, worked for a county prosecutor's office and a city attorney's office, was an investigator, and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). Jennifer considers one of her most important accomplishments to be founding a nonprofit that helped provide clothing and shoes to nearly 30 schools in her community.

Ryan Witt is a premier DUI and criminal defense trial attorney. Over two decades ago, Ryan began his legal career by working as a deputy prosecutor in three of the busiest counties in our state. Soon, Ryan was prosecuting some of the most serious felony cases. In his first trial for the Kitsap Special Assault Unit, he secured a life sentence. For several years, Ryan was in trial nearly every week, mastering how prosecutors review, charge, and prosecute cases. This invaluable experience has provided Ryan with the skills and unique insight to offer the best defense available to his clients. He has handled many potential life sentence cases and "most serious offense" cases and many of those clients have served no jail time. Ryan graduated from Gonzaga School of Law in 2001 and was hired as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Pierce County. He left that position and became a felony level Deputy Prosecutor in Kitsap County until 2004. Ryan is an extremely experienced trial attorney who has been an advocate in hundreds of trials at all levels of state and federal courts.
