Wolf Co was founded by Barrett Wolf in 2016. Barrett spent twelve years working for one of the top developers in the country. During his time working for the developer, Barrett helped oversee 1,000,000 square feet of retail and office. He also was able to partake in the acquisition and disposition of several large office and retail assets. It was during this time that his love for real estate blossomed. It was also during this time that he realized there was a large void in the South Florida market for hard working and knowledgeable brokers. In 2016, following his heart, Barrett left an incredible opportunity to start Wolf Co. Since then, he has never looked back.
