HALLCROFT FINANCE - Key Persons

Adrian Cormican

Adrian's entire career has centred around property development finance. Following university, he spent seven years with National Australia Bank Group and then joined the Dawney Day Group. It was here, in 2010, that Adrian decided to fulfil a lifetime's ambition of starting his own business by forming Hallcroft Finance, a bespoke development finance brokerage. Although this was a particularly challenging time to start a debt funding business Adrian survived and thrived and the lessons learned during this period have made him stronger and wiser as a business leader. In addition, key relationships, with both clients and funders, were formed during these difficult times some of which remain as part of the wider Hallcroft Group stakeholder network. Adrian owns and manages his own property investments and is keen to grow his portfolio through joint venture partnerships. He is also an active participant in the Hallcroft mezzanine business and is a member of the oversight board.
