Andrea Law

Andrea Law is an award-winning change and transformation expert, leading communications for large-scale programmes for the likes of Co-op, wilko, Warburtons and Kellogg. Enthusiastic, energetic and engaging, Andrea and her team are passionate about helping businesses to fix their people problems by improving engagement, shaping their culture and leading people through change. Spearheading all internal communications and change management aspects of the £60m wilko Optimus Logistics programme, the work of Andrea and her team on this campaign has been described by the client as "the best change management and communications ever seen on a transformation programme". Chris Daniels

A chartered accountant with a BSc in Mathematics from Imperial College and a career spent in Logistics and Supply Chain Strategy. Chris' strengths are in forecasting, modelling and optimising networks to balance cost and service.

Jim Lister

Jim is a qualified coach and has worked extensively in the supply chain and logistics field but also within the criminal justice system. He specialises in delivering organisational improvement by focusing on leadership team behaviours. He has developed and delivered leadership development programmes to support transformational change into a number of large clients including the Coop and Wilko as part of a managing change piece so critical in supporting delivery of major programmes.

Mark Leonard - Managing Director

Experience and passion are critical in running a consultancy company in Supply Chain and Logistics. But so is a track record... a demonstrable career with excellent references. Mark has spent over 30 years in the industry and has managed at all levels in warehouse and transport environments and also at executive and holdings board level. His skill is managing significant and transformational change and logistics turnarounds. Some highlights of his career include the following : Initiated and developed the Primary distribution network for the Coop which became a multi-million pound revenue earner and supported significant improvements in availability of product. Led the network transformation for the Coop (known as Lidia) developing a completely new network of multi-temperature and systemised warehouses as well as intelligent fleet. Headed-up the entire Coop network responsible for 8000 staff and 2500 vehicles and a multi-million pound cost budget. Significantly improved both service and cost base for the troubled wholesaler Palmer & Harvey whilst working with the board of directors on a strategy to turn around the business. Based in Paris worked for XPO Logistics Executive team developing Europe-wide standardised governance and methodology to help support the implementation of new business. Personally led XPO's most high profile e-commerce implementation in Poland for a major retailer. This involved new state of the art automation. Delivered on time and to cost. Led the turnaround of a number of high profile logistics facilities across Europe. Winner of a number of industry awards including the McLaren award in 2008. During his career Mark has built up a network of ‘Associates', people he trusts and who have the skills and experience to support BoxChain in delivering for clients. She can also support existing operations in improving processes and creating bottom up continuous improvement.
