CAPSULE - Key Persons
Besjona is our marketing assistant, an advertising graduate from the University of East London. During her time at Capsule, she has developed her skills in Marketing. She also works alongside Debbie to help with the admin side of things, making sure the correct payments are made. You'll normally find her working on Mailchimp, making reports and creating content.
In her free time, she likes keeping fit by going to the gym, reading new books, baking and finding a new destination to travel to!

- Digital Marketing Executive
Chay is one of our digital marketing executives and comes with 5+ years of digital marketing agency experience. He has built up experience with all digital marketing channels before specialising in SEO and becoming Google Ads certified. With a passion for tech SEO and website performance Chay is all about driving more traffic from search engines to faster-performing websites.
You'll typically find him working on digital marketing retainers, helping spot SEO opportunities and growing organic traffic and leads for our clients. His pride project has been working with WillisPalmer to increase their number of independent social workers. By creating and executing a keyword-led content strategy, they now rank first for "becoming an independent social worker".
Outside of work you can spot Chay out and about on the bike, BBQing in the garden with friends or going for a walk in the beautiful Suffolk landscape. In the winter, he'll be tinkering with one project or another, whether that's his home assistant project, websites or playing around with new tools.

David is our Business Development Manager and with his extensive experience and sharp business acumen, he's a key driving force behind our company's growth.
David is well-versed in identifying and capitalising on business opportunities. With over 8 years of experience in the field, he has successfully cultivated relationships with clients and partners. His passion lies in helping businesses thrive by providing tailored solutions that align with their objectives. A typical day for David revolves around strategising and executing plans to expand our client base.
Outside of work, David is an avid wildlife photographer and enjoys spending quality time walking the Essex coast and wildlife reserves in East Anglia. He believes spending time outdoors, especially in natural environments is essential for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

- Finance
Debbie is our finance and accounts administrator who has a background across a range of industries. Her role includes managing invoices, dealing with customer accounts and any other financial matters.
Debbie and her husband recently moved to a quiet part of Suffolk, where they are in the process of renovating an old property.
Outside of work Debbie enjoys walking her dogs, gardening, going away in their caravan and best of all looking after her young grandson.
Eleanor is our Junior Designer and works alongside Kelly. Eleanor has always had a love for design and has been with Capsule since 2021 after graduating from the University of Suffolk studying Graphic Design.
Her favourite part of the job is coming up with new ideas, and when they start to snowball into something really exciting! She also loves seeing the final result, especially if it's out in the wild for everyone to see.
Outside of work Eleanor is a keen animal lover and enjoys spending time with her cat, Casper, and Chihuahuas, Pixie and Percy. She also spends a lot of time keeping her creative side busy, running a small shop selling handmade dog accessories and attending craft fairs.
Fran is our Account Manager who is new to our team this year! With a variety of experience in retail marketing, product marketing, placemaking and project management, Fran loves to put her skills to use, working closely with clients to deliver effective marketing solutions. On a typical working day, Fran can be found managing various client projects, working with the team to deliver all campaign aspects.
Outside of work, Fran is never without her cocker spaniel at her side, who is affectionately named Walty after her love for all things Disney! It's therefore not surprising that her favourite marketing campaign that she has worked on was relaunching a dog-friendly scheme at a nearby shopping centre, whereby she worked closely with local stakeholders to support the town-wide initiative.

- Copywriter and Researcher
Freya is a copywriter and researcher, who is near-obsessed with the hunt for the ‘perfect' word. She writes social posts and longer articles for our clients, researching all the topics in depth to write the most informed articles possible. However, absolutely none of this happens without a strong hit of coffee in the morning! When she's not writing copy, she'll likely be writing about her most recent read, or cooking an extravagant meal for the family.

- Lead Developer & Digital Production Manager
Georgia is our Lead Developer with a fantastic knowledge of the WordPress content management system and has over 8 years experience in building websites from scratch, (her favourite part of her job!). She's also our Digital Production Manager meaning a typical day for her includes, building and maintaining websites but also ensuring all tasks, deliverables and standards are being met by the digital team for our clients.
Outside of work Georgia runs her own dance school, GDA which keeps her fit and healthy as well as inspired and motivated! You'll always find her dancing or talking about dancing or showing you 100 photos of her pet cats who she adores!
Harley is our Junior Graphic Designer working alongside Ian. Having always had a passion for creativity and design, Harley joined us in 2023 after graduating from De Montfort University studying Graphic Design. He enjoys working across numerous areas of design, exploring new challenges and keeping up to date with the latest design trends and technologies. When not designing he can be found searching for new music, gaming, reading or spending time with his cat, Dudley.
Ian is a Senior Designer with over 20 years of experience working across all fields of design. In that time he has developed skills in print design, branding, website design & development and video editing. He still enjoys the thrill of seeing work in print and the variety and challenges the role presents.
In his spare time he enjoys attending music festivals, camping, food (both cooking and eating out) as well as helping to run a local board game club.
Laura joined our team in 2022 as Marketing Manager. She has worked within business development and marketing at a digital marketing agency, sports nutrition brand, private orthodontic practice and as a wedding planner!
Her diverse career has given her the chance to meet clients across a range of industries, and she loves listening to their marketing challenges and helping them find solutions. Laura has a particular interest in EV and the exciting developments in this sector.
Outside of work (and often during her lunch break) Laura loves running. She's a member of a local running club and has completed 10 marathons, over 100 Parkruns and has been a guide to a blind runner.

Mark is a print designer from Southend with 20 years experience as an art editor on a national magazine. He's also a passionate photographer, regularly working on documentary and portrait projects in his spare time. Other interests include football, non-fiction and photography books, and family holidays, not to mention an addiction to crisps.

Mike is a Digital Marketing Manager with over 10 years of digital agency experience working with clients across B2B, B2C & Non-Profit sectors. His skills span the full spectrum of the digital marketing mix and he has a particular focus on delivering objective-led, data-driven results for his clients. When he is not immersed in a client's Google Analytics or Google Ads account, Mike can be found on the golf course, cricket pitch, shredding in his home recording studio or enjoying days out with his wife and son.
Sakura is our Operations Director who moved from Canada with her family in 2019. She brings 7+ years of marketing experience, working in Canada and the UK, specialising in delivery management.
Her pride project is running a multi-channel recruitment campaign for Suffolk Fire and Rescue including social advertising and email to increase the diversity of applicants. She with the help of her team increased their successful female firefighter applicants to 24% of the pool - a 140% increase over previous years.
When she's not at the office, you'll find her planning her next holiday, reading a book with her children, or listening to her latest favourite podcast.
Simon Isaac - Founder, Managing Director
For over 30 years, Simon has worked in brand and marketing strategy both client and agency side for a range of international blue chip organisations. He has led the team at Capsule (formerly Zero Above) for over 12 years. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, he delivers strategic capabilities to client projects with a focus on behaviour change and omni-channel engagement. Outside Capsule, Simon is a passionate EV advocate and is considered an early-adopter having clocked up over 180,000 miles on electric since 2015.
