We believe that it is our responsibility to ensure that there is a new generation of outdoor leaders, no matter what their background may be. We want to develop future leaders and instructors from under-represented groups, to help them to gain qualifications which will lead them on to an exciting and rewarding career, and to enable them to return to their own communities and change the lives of others... An educational charity fully committed to helping other operate safety in the outdoors - most notably sea, hill, cliff and mountain environments.
