Olajide Abiose has 6 years of demonstrated experience in technology-driven business and entrepreneurship having also worked in the public and nonprofit sectors. Prior to becoming an Executive Director at 3D Hightech Systems, Olajide co-founded THE CANS, a development-centric innovation hub that supports social innovators, non-profit leaders, and other stakeholders with technology to address social and economic problems.
Olajide has worked with various organizations, including the Open Society Foundations, The World Bank, and Nigeria's Ministries of Finance and Defence, to deploy technologies ranging from solutions that address GBV and police brutality to ERPs and Cyber Security Solutions.
Also within his roles, Olajide has raised funds, provided support, and collaborated with critical stakeholders in the for-profit, nonprofit and public sectors. Projects led by Olajide received support and participation from the United States Embassy, the British Embassy, OSIWA, the World Bank, The Federal Government of Nigeria, and a number of local banks.
A 2018 fellow of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, the flagship program of the Young Africa Leaders Initiative (YALI) of the US Department of State, Olajide studied Innovation Driven Entrepreneurship at the University of Notre Dame. Olajide is also an MPA Candidate at Columbia University in the City of New York.
Olajide is an awardee of the Government of the United States, recognised by the U.S Consul General in Nigeria as a Leader and Mentor at the Conference for Emerging Entrepreneurs in 2019.

Patrick Azi is an expert in business development and execution. He has worked with reputable companies locally and abroad, bringing a wealth of experience which spans over 25 years from Shell Petroleum Development Company, Daewoo Engineering, the Dorsche Gruppe, and 3D Hitech Systems Limited amongst others.
Over the past few years, Patrick Azi has successfully harnessed his team's potential in nurturing 3D Hitech, which is now a formidable company in Nigeria's power, oil, gas, and marine sectors.
He is a visionary leader who is keen to transform 3D Hitech into a global and fortune 500 company. Under his leadership and following the successful execution of a 110MW Power Plant, 3D Hitech deservedly signed an MOU with the Federal Ministry of Power to deliver a 500MW power plant in Ajaokuta. Patrick Azi currently leads a team of experts working on several initiatives to process gas across the Nigeria Delta, for both domestic uses, and for export.
An excellent communicator with a strong execution mindset and a great leader, Patrick Azi combines customer-centrism with his entrepreneurial spirit to meet his customers' needs at all times.
Patrick Azi holds a degree in engineering from the University of Benin and another degree in Management from the University of Abuja, Nigeria.
