Kevin's vision for a private utility locating company is one that empowers its employees to discover their unique abilities, work together as a team, embrace the grind, and support each other through both good and bad. He started his own locating business not just out of the desire to become an expert in the industry of locating but to create a culture where its team members are valued as part of the family.
Kevin comes from a large Hispanic family, where "family" is important. Family is how you discover your unique abilities, you learn to work together as a team, and lift each other up when we fail. A common phrase in his home is "When one of us is hurting, we all hurt...We rush to each other's aid when times get tough." Kevin now has his own family; he is a husband to his lovely wife Mayra and a father to their three beautiful girls.
