Larry has been the President & CEO of AIS since 2020. He drives the corporate strategy and the implementation of the company's growth plan while ensuring the AIS reputation for service delivery excellence is never compromised.
Larry joined AIS in 2000 as a software developer in the company's commercial practice. In 2006, he started the AIS Federal practice with wins at the Departments of Justice, Defense, and Homeland Security. In 2011, Larry was selected to lead the AIS National Security and Intelligence business. In 2016, he was appointed Vice President of Business Development to develop and implement a five-year plan to double AIS. Midway through that journey, he was named Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Larry completed the five-year plan and orchestrated a management-led buyout that was completed in 2020. The new AIS Board of Directors elected Larry to be President & CEO and a Director on the Board with the close of the transaction. Since 2016, AIS has tripled in size, remained employee-owned, and continues to attract and retain great talent to deliver cloud-based solutions to commercial and federal government clients.
Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and a Masters degree from George Washington University. Larry is married to his wife of 24 years and spends most of his time outside of work with her, their three children, and three Labrador Retrievers.

As Chief People Officer, Nicole is responsible for all aspects of people operations as well as shaping and guiding a people strategy to support the organization's growth. She oversees Human Resources, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Experience and Culture, Learning and Development, Security, and their combined efforts to attract, develop, reward, and retain top talent for AIS. Nicole joined AIS in 2021 as Vice President of Human Resources bringing over 12 years of HR leadership experience. In this role Nicole focused on modernizing processes and strategic planning to support the continued progression of AIS's HR functions. Prior to joining AIS, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Metis Solutions where she developed and continuously expanded the HR department, benefits, and policies as the company evolved from a small to mid-size business. While at Metis Solutions Nicole also supported the successful acquisition and integration of Pluribus International and helped position the company for the eventual acquisition by PAE (NASDAQ: PAE, PAEWW). Nicole holds a BFA from the University of Miami where she studied art. She lives in Old Town Alexandria with her husband, two children and two Maine Coon cats.

Vishwas serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at AIS, assisting organizations in envisioning, designing, and implementing enterprise cloud and data solutions. Vishwas has been at AIS since 1994 and brings over 30 years of experience and thought leadership to his position. A noted industry speaker, author, and mentor, he serves as Microsoft Regional Director for the Washington, DC area and is a longstanding Azure Microsoft MVP. Vishwas is also the creator of several tools and apps, including Netizen, MyFOIA, Media Center App, WAMS Manager, Excel Calc Engine, and Azure Service Catalog. Vishwas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master of Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. Vishwas has been married for 25 years and spends time outside work with his wife and two daughters.
