Alpha LLC is an approved Third-Party plan review and Inspection Agency under DCRA's third party Program to perform inspection and plan review in building, mechanical, Electrical, plumbing and sprinkler disciplines. We provide plan review and inspections services for projects located in the District of Columbia for compliance with the DC construction codes, including its referenced standards. Our team of Engineers, inspectors, plan reviewers and professionals-in-charge (PIC) are ICC certified, professional Engineers (PE), Certified Code Officials (CBO) and Master Code Professionals (MCP). All plan reviewers and inspectors are approved as a part of our DCRA certification to conduct Third-Party inspections and plan review.
