Adi Masuri-Hot

During her studies, Adv. Masuri-Hot served as a teaching assistant of Professor Suzie Navot in her "Constitutional Law" course. She also participated in a competition and antitrust law course which was held in London and Oxford in collaboration with Queen Mary's College and Pembroke College. Furthermore, Adv. Masuri-Hot took part in a mock trial held before the Hon. Supreme Court President Ret. Dorit Beinisch, Prof. Mordechai Kremnitzer and Prof. Aviad Hacohen. She also participated in an adjudication workshop in which she attended the chambers of Hon. Judge Azaria Alcalay in the Magistrate's Court of Tel Aviv and personally worked with him. Adv. Masuri-Hot interned in civil and commercial litigation at Ze'ev Scharf & Co. Law Offices. Adv. Masuri-Hot has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2016. After her admission, Adv. Masuri-Hot began her professional career with Adv. Prof. Avi Weinroth and Co., following which she joined Barr Dinovetskey & Co.

Adi Sanilevich

Adv. Adi Sanilevich holds a combined degree in Law (LL.B.) and Government (B.A.), cum laude, from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and an M.A. in diplomacy and international relations (cum laude, Dean's list) from Tel Aviv University. She is a doctoral student at the School of Political Science and International Relations at Tel Aviv University. Concurrently with her extensive academic activities at Tel Aviv University, Adv. Sanilevich, who has been a member of the Israel Bar since 2005, works in all aspects of real estate, with special emphasis on representing and advising construction and development companies in transactions for the purchase and sale of income-producing real estate and residential real estate throughout the country, including the drafting of purchase agreements, combination agreements and urban renewal projects. Adv. Sanilevich represents companies owning income-producing properties across the country (including malls, shopping centers and office buildings) in transactions for the lease of the real estate properties they own; and on lease agreements and management agreements of various types for income-producing real estate. She represents commercial companies from various sectors in lease transactions and in the purchase of real estate properties for their ongoing needs. Adv. Sanilevich brings together legal advice in real estate matters and advising high net worth families as part of her specialty in family wealth management. A certified mediator, Adv. Sanilevich manages complex mediation proceedings in litigation cases in various fields.

Ariel Dinovetskey

Adv. Ariel Dinovetskey is a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, where he gained an LL.B. (summa cum laude, top of the class) and B.A. in Government (summa cum laude, top of the class). He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2006 and licensed as a notary public in 2018.

Erez Abramowitch

Erez Abramowitch is a graduate of Bar-Ilan University, LL.B. (cum laude), MBA, specialized in finance and is also certified as a mediator. In the summer of 2012, Erez has interned in the courtroom of Hon. David I. Schmidt at the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Erez finished his internship at Herzog, Fox, Neeman & Co. in the Commercial and Real-estate departments. In 2015 Erez was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Urban Renewal Committee of the Bar Association (Tel Aviv District). Erez's diverse corporate assignments include the drafting and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements and documents including distribution, agency, pledge, sale, and purchase agreements. Erez focuses his practice on Finance, representing both borrowers and lenders in all aspects of financing transactions. Erez deals with all legal aspects of real estate and property development, real estate purchase agreements, combination agreements, urban renewal projects, advising major Israeli real estate companies on the legal aspects of marketing and leasing of large-scale commercial complexes such as shopping centers and business parks;

Ori Barr

Adv. Barr is a graduate of the Tel-Aviv university (LLB, cum laude) and BA in Economy (cum laude). Ori has over 22 years of experience as a commercial litigator. In all those years Ori has managed to integrate his knowledge in both Law and Economy to give his clients an edge. Ori has many years of experience in handling a variety of commercial economic areas, including complex civil lawsuits, class actions in general and securities in particular, handling legal-economic aspects of family proceedings, administrative petitions, tenders, and accompanying and completing transactions. Ori began his career in the firm of Dr. J. Weinroth & Co., first as an intern and then as an attorney and partner. After more than a decade, Ori retired from the Weinroth firm and established an independent firm in 2008. Ori has an extensive experience in representing companies and businessmen before all courts as well as in arbitration. Over the years, Ori has handled complex lawsuits amounting to tens and hundreds of millions of NIS (per lawsuit) Ori served for two years as a director of a public company in the field of construction, and also served for several years as a director of technology companies, which gives him a broader perspective. In 2020, Adv. Barr joined Adv. Dinovetsky and together they established the firm of Barr Dinovetsky & Co., which combines the worlds of civil-commercial litigation along with accompanying real estate transactions and extensive activities in the field of urban renewal.
