Baileys is the longest established Estate Agency in East Wittering. Baileys was founded in 1985 by Kevin Bailey, who had been managing another agency in the village since 1977. With an aim of finding a better way of running an agency, Kevin dreamt of moving away from the corporate one size fits all model... So, Baileys created a department specialising in holiday rentals and the demand was been huge. As our portfolio grew, so did the variety of accommodation we could offer, ranging from seafront flats, converted railway carriages, cosy cottages to large beachfront properties and substantial houses on private estates... We have a portfolio of high-quality holiday homes in West Sussex, including Wittering, Bracklesham, Itchenor, Birdham and the surrounding area.
