As the Office Manager for Best Dental Spa, my job is to oversee the office operations and I am committed to making our patients and their families experience in our office a positive one! I have over 10 years of dental experience and over 15 years of customer service experience. I have also had the opportunity to serve our patients as a Treatment Coordinator / Billing and insurance specialist for 5 years. My goal is to incorporate the wealth of knowledge and customer service that I have acquired to equip our team to best serve our patients and their families.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I also enjoy cooking and reading novels.
Dr. Patel has a passion for dentistry and a commitment to help all patients achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. She takes time with each patient to get to know you as an individual, striving for dental care that is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Dr. Patel received her Bachelor of dental surgery from Rajasthan University, India in 2007. After coming to the United States, She obtained her Certificate in Health Service Management from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University, Chicago.
She completed her three years of post-graduate residency in prosthodontics from Indiana university - IU School of dentistry and received master's degree in dental surgery. During her residency, Dr. Patel presented her case studies at the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics in 2011 and the American College of Prosthodontist in 2012. Dr. Patel received scholarships awards from the John F. Johnson society in 2012-2013. During her prosthodontics program, she did research on the bonding of Zirconia crowns, the result of which is published in the journal of restorative dentistry.
Dr. Patel is an expert in cosmetic and restorative procedures like dental implants, veneers, crowns, bridges, and dentures. She is also a master coordinator with other dental specialists such as Oral surgeons, Periodontists, Orthodontists, and Endodontists.
