BLUE CAPACITY HUB

This Capacity Development Hub was created in the context of the Blue Solutions Initiative. Blue Solutions was a global project with a focus on the conservation and sustainable use of marine resources working closely with partner projects, regional organizations and countries through capacity development, global knowledge exchange and policy dialogue. The three trainings available in this Capacity Building Hub, Blue Planning in Practice, Sustainable Blue Economy and Blue Leadership, were developed by Blue Solutions through consultation with leaders in each topic in order to develop the best possible product for you. The Blue Solutions Initiative was implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), GRID-Arendal, the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and the UN Environment Progamme (UNEP) on behalf of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) of the Federal Republic of Germany.
