BLUE FOUNDRY CHARITABLE FOUNDATION

In July 2021, Blue Foundry Bank's parent company, Blue Foundry Bancorp, became a publicly-traded company on NASDAQ, and concurrently Blue Foundry Charitable Foundation was established. Blue Foundry Charitable Foundation supports not-for-profit groups, institutions, schools, or other organizations operating in the communities served by Blue Foundry Bank and its affiliates, as a way of adding to the quality of life for people living in those communities. The communities served by the Foundation will include all additional communities served by the Bank through expansion or acquisitions. The Foundation may solicit Grant applications through community involvement and awareness...
