Bridge Light Hospice is based in Dallas, Texas. We have a medically directed team to provide care for each of our patients and families. Teams will vary depending on your needs, but typically include: Physicians, Nurses, Certified Hospice Aides, Social Workers, Chaplains, Spiritual Counselors, Bereavement Coordinators and Hospice Volunteers. We work closely with other professionals involved in the patient's care to design best possible plan of care...
