The young partner of the firm, Mr. Ashok Sabhaya handles the Rajkot Branch of the firm. He is independently in charge of the Rajkot branch and has mastered in the field of Direct & Indirect Taxation, RERA, and accounting. Besides, he is also taking care of Government schemes of subsidies and project finance.
Discharging the social responsibilities, he is actively involved in Social Activities concerning nature, religion, relief etc. for the good cause of the society at large.
Practicing in the field of RERA, GST and Direct Taxes, Mr. Haresh Prajapati mainly looks after the taxation matters, TDS compliances and statutory audits of the firm.He also appears for representation and appeals before the authorities.
He caters to the accounting and auditing functions of the firm and is in charge of the overall administration and training of the staff.
With almost 1.5 decade of his experience in the audit and assurance services, Mr. Jitendra Patel has expertise in the practice of Direct and Indirect Tax compliances and representations.
He has also mastered and is actively involved in the RERA and MSME functions apart from handling Finance, Accounting, MIS and operations work. He also appears before the authorities for representations and appeals.He is also involved in taking lectures and seminars at various forums.

Mr. Vishal Dattani was involved into academic interests even before and during his graduation and was involved in coaching the children for graduation and chartered accountancy. Starting his professional career with the top most firms of Vadodara and Mumbai to gain knowledge and experience, he has thus mastered himself in the field of Internal Audit. A certified Information System Auditor, he holds the responsibility of Concurrent Audits, Information System Audits, Stock Audits, Internal Control Assessments and other audit functionalities. He is also a certificate holder for Concurrent Audit of Banks and looks after the audits of Banks, Public Sector Units, Hospitals, Insurance Companies and other Corporate clients. He is in charge of the quality controls and reviews for the audit and assurance services of the firm.
