Andrew Dickson is the President and CEO of Core 4 Homes, LLC. He is a licensed General Contractor with an ability to identify the needs of local markets and deliver exceptional homes and estates for his clients. He is born and raised in South Florida and takes pride in improving his community. He loves the homebuilding process from design and conceptualization to execution. He works closely with each of his clients to ensure all needs are met.
Mr. Dickson previously worked for Starwood Property Trust (STWD), one of the nation's most prestigious private equity firms, in the commercial real estate division. During his time, he underwrote over $1Billion of deals across all asset types including, residential development, office, hotel and retail acquisitions. Prior to joining STWD, Mr. Dickson worked at LNR Property, the nation's premier CMBS special servicer and B-piece bond investor. Mr. Dickson holds a BBA from the University of Miami with a concentration in Finance, is a licensed Florida real estate broker, and sits on the Board of Directors for a national diabetic supply company.
