Andy Lively

  • Vice President of Operations
Andy Lively serves as the Vice President of Operations for CrossMarc Services. In his role, he manages the financial, human resources, IT, and strategic planning for the company. In addition, Andy oversees the company's property and facilities management division. Andy's 10+ year operations career includes financial reporting, budgeting, employee engagement, vendor negotiations, branch office setup, and many other administrative duties. Andy's previous professional experience includes serving as Vice President of Administration at Crossman & Company, a leading commercial real estate firm in the Southeast. He led the company's HR, finance, and IT divisions from a small family-owned company into becoming a larger and more geographically spread-out regional company. Andy is a certified Professional in Human Resources, (PHR) and a Certified Professional with SHRM (SHRM-CP). He is an active member of SHRM (nationally) and Greater Orlando SHRM (locally). Andy also is a licensed Florida real estate salesperson. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Church Ministry at Southeastern University and a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Ministries from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.

Brian Watson

Brian is a long-time central Florida resident with over 25 years in sales, marketing, and operations at diverse Fortune 100 corporations. His experience includes a wide array of companies including franchise quick service restaurants, petroleum retail properties, entertainment theme parks, cable, computer hardware and software technology solutions for education, and client-based services. His primary focus is to help secure new and expanded business opportunities for office, industrial, and retail clients. He provides investors, tenants, and landlords with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions and property values. Brian works diligently to compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, etc. He identifies market trends and understands when it's time to sell, buy or leaseback. Brian is committed to building relationships with clients one-by-one through exceptional work. His experience of documented results has helped clients attain their short- and long-term goals through his listening, research, and communication. He strives to provide a strategic, analytical solution roadmap with quantitative and qualitative data to aid in the decision-making process in competitive, fast-paced changing markets. A Certified Commercial Investment Member designee, Brian is also a member of the CCIM Central Florida Chapter and a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Business Administration from Temple University and an MBA from Lake Erie College.

Christie Alexander - SVP

Christie Alexander's primary focus for CrossMarc Services is investment property acquisitions and due diligence. She provides outstanding customer service in brokerage and advisory services for clients who benefit from her expertise, professionalism, and exceptional dedication to maximizing the value of their real estate. Christie's 30+ year commercial real estate career includes sales and leasing of office, retail, land, investment, and industrial properties, plus an extensive consulting background in market analysis, feasibility studies and due diligence. A business writer as well, she has more than 100 published articles on real estate and economic topics. Christie's previous professional experience includes NAI Realvest and NAI Welsh, Orlando; the Fults Companies, Dallas; and Grubb & Ellis, Phoenix. Her clients have included Publix Super Markets, R.D. Keene Trust, Shell Oil, and TLC Engineering. She is an active member of ICSC and CREW and is a past Director on the Board of Directors for the NAIOP Central Florida Chapter. She has been appointed to the Board of Directors of KMI International, a global program and construction management consulting firm. She has been recognized as one of the top women in commercial real estate and has received commercial real estate transaction awards from various industry organizations. Christie earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics at Arizona State University, where she was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon (Honor Society in Economics). She earned her CDI.D board certification from Corporate Directors International.

Flavia Kanyago

Flavia Kanyago is Vice President of Sales and Leasing at CrossMarc Services and is a graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University's School of Business and Industry. She serves clients in Florida, focusing on tenant and landlord representation. Flavia is currently responsible for leasing CrossMarc Services' retail portfolio. In addition, Flavia represents tenants such as Noire the Nail Bar, where she aids in their expansion plans in various markets, Flavia has contributed to their growth of over 200 locations. Flavia has the pleasure of representing other fascinating concepts such Cookies by Design, The Hangry Bison, Taiko Japanese and Peruvian Fusion Restaurant, Mystique Escape Room and more. In addition to her brokerage transactional work, she is involved with the real estate program at FAMU. She is a co-founder of the first real estate program at the university and continues to be personally involved with the organization through coaching students, encouraging internships, and fostering an appreciation for the complexities of the commercial real estate industry. Prior to her role as Vice President of Sales and Leasing at CrossMarc Services, Flavia served as Director of Retail at Capital Stack Real Estate Group where she oversaw the business development of the retail team, retail leasing and was responsible for obtaining retail landlord and tenant representation contracts. Flavia has accumulated years of experience in commercial real estate through working with companies such as Avison Young, Publix Supermarkets Inc; where she worked with the Real Estate Site Selection Strategy team, and Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group. Flavia is a team player; she enjoys working with others in an exciting yet challenging and growing work environment.

Genessy Jaramillo

Genessy Jaramillo is a Sales & Leasing Associate at CrossMarc Services specializing in tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales. She is a member of ICSC, has a Business Management degree from the University of Central Florida, and licenses in both Florida and Tennessee. Genessy also has experience in various real estate sectors, including industrial, office, and land. Genessy is fluent in both English and Spanish, and as a native of Central Florida, she has a deep understanding of the local market and its current trends.

Ivy Van Dyke

Ivy works as support for the acquisitions team helping identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisitions of commercial real estate assets on behalf of CrossMarc Services' clients. Ivy is a graduate of Florida State University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. Ivy earned her Honors Medallion from the Florida State University Honors College, and, most notably, was selected as a member of the inaugural class of James M. Seneff Honors Scholars, the honors program within the College of Business. Ivy works every day to provide support while applying a vast array of technical and relational skills. Ivy is committed to expanding CrossMarc Services' mission to build relationships and provide high-quality services.

John Crossman

John Crossman is one the most well-known and respected real estate minds in the country. John is the founder and president of CrossMarc Services where he and his team provide real estate investment, advisory, and brokerage services. In 2022, CrossMarc Services purchased three properties totaling over $50 million in value. In 2023, CrossMarc services began a redevelopment of Publix Anchored and announced the development of a high street project in Winter Park. The company also represents 20 corporations for tenant rep services. John works closely with Dr. Josh Harris on real estate advisory services. John has held numerous leadership positions with ICSC, NAIOP, and ULI. Multiple CrossMarc Services team members currently hold positions and are actively involved." John is an active speaker and writer on a national scale, and he has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post, Forbes, Associated Press, Shopping Centers Today, Shopping Center Business, The Business Journals, and CBS News. John has also been named one of Florida Trend's Top 500 Most Influential Business Leaders. John is passionate about diversity and education, and he serves as an executive board member for both the Florida State University Center for Real Estate Education and the University of Florida Bergstrom Center for Real Estate. He is also a trustee for Bethune-Cookman University and serves on two boards at Florida A&M University. Alongside his passion for diversity, John is also passionate about mental health awareness and the development of young professionals and college students, which lead to the development of Crossman Career Builders. Katie Nhu Nguyen

Katie Nhu Nguyen has over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, where she has built an extensive network of tenant relationships. She brings the diverse Orlando communities together by serving on the Board of Directors of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida. She is the current Vice President and Events Chair for the Asian Chamber. She is part of the Tourist Development Tax Task Force with Orange County. Katie takes pride in being a connector of individuals and businesses. Prior to joining CrossMarc, Katie was an Account Executive for the world's largest CRE data and analytics provider, Costar and LoopNet. She utilizes these experiences to provide the best Tenant Rep services.
