CROCUS HILL HOME CARE - Key Persons

Chelsea Olson

Following in her mother's footsteps, Chelsea Olson-owner and operator of Crocus Hill Home Care-spent nearly a decade of her life working at Bridge View Elementary as a paraprofessional for students with unique learning needs. It was there, too, that Chelsea uncovered her appetite for serving others, inevitably leading her down a path toward senior care back in 2019. Now, with decades of combined teaching and caregiving experience in their repertoire, Chelsea and her mother, Marnie, continue to spend their days in pursuit of their shared passion as a benevolent mother-daughter duo under the Crocus Hill Home Care name. When she isn't working, Chelsea finds solace in quality time with her lovely daughter.

Marnie Olson

While Marnie has always found delight in serving others, her journey began back in December of 1974 after starting a new position at Bridge View School as a special education teacher. It was there that she discovered her altruistic calling-a vocation that led her to a lifelong dedication of helping others. And after 38 fulfilling years of working with special needs children-coupled with the gratification of raising her own four kids-Marnie now continues her vocation alongside her daughter, Chelsea, working as a caregiver under the Crocus Hill Home Care name. On her time off Marnie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Reed Olson

Tasked with the principal responsibilities of a business development manager here at Crocus Hill Home, Reed Olson works hard to promote the core nature and value of our care operation, building a name for ourselves and our family by cultivating good, working relationships with both new and existing clients. In his free time, you can find Reed up in the clouds furthering his experience as an aspiring pilot, captaining his boat on Lake Minnetonka alongside family and friends, or out gathering wood with his trusty chainsaw in hand.
