Door To Excellence has been founded by Robert Wojcik, an experienced team manager, project manager and programme manager. From the very beginning of his career as a leader in 2011 he treated leadership capability - his leadership capability - as a key success factor for his teams' performance. In early stages he experimented with demonstrating different behaviors and ways of communication in order to establish a set of ones which made people head towards goals and feel well about the journey. This led to forming the knowledge base and behaviors proved successfull in different type of industries - i.e. a call centre, an international IT company and a Scandinavian bank. This variefy of environments allowed for using behaviors and communications with diverse groups of people - from low-level specialists to highly qualified experts and managers from various places around the world.
