Dr. Abby Sebina-Zziwa

Dr. Abby Sebina-Zziwa has a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, a Masters of Arts in International Affairs and African Development from the American University, Washington DC, USA and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology, Eastern Kentucky University, Kentucky, USA. Dr. Sebina-Zziwa has wide experience in Gender and Property Rights, Natural Resources, Education, Health and Ethics research. Her additional skills include Program/project Evaluation. Questionnaire and Survey Designs, Quantitative and Qualitative Data collection methods and Management. She is articulate and a very good team player and has headed scores of research teams and missions.

Dr. Fredrick Kisekka-Ntale

has 15 years of experience in Research and teaching, mentoring, Public Policy planning, Analysis and advocacy, Development planning, Conflict management and confidence-building mechanisms, Institutional coordination and dialogue with partners, inter and intra-institutional processes, project identification and supervision, evaluation and implementation of multi-faceted projects. Dr. Kisekka-Ntale is also an experienced trainer in varied research methodologies as well as an eloquent speaker with excellent presentation skills. Dr. Kisekka-Ntale has hands on experience and extensively consulted for various international organizations within Africa, Europe and ASIA. Some of the organizations he has consulted for include: USAID, USDA, INCRAF, WWF, UNDP, NORAD, the Rockefeller Foundation, the World Bank, International Development Research Council (IDRC), Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), the World Food Program (WFP), the European Union (EU) and COMESA among others. Additionally, Dr. Kisekka-Ntale has worked as a visiting researcher at that University of Bayreuth, German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA), the Institute of African Studies, University of Leipzig, Germany, the South African Institute of International Studies (SIIA) the University of Kwazul Natal and the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. Dr. Kisekka-Ntale's broader research interests fall within the scope of the state, people and natural resources. As such he has co- ordinated various research programs in the realm of Natural Resources Management (NRM), Political Economy of Food Management, the Politics of social protection and child learning in post conflict northern Uganda, and now the Politics and Political economy of oil and gas resources in Uganda. Currently, Dr. Kisekka-Ntale is a serving as the Executive Director and Senior Research Fellow at the Development Research and Social Policy Analysis Center (DRASPAC). He is the author of several articles in refereed journals, books and policy forums. He is also a regular commentator on local and international issues.

Mr. Jordan P Semwanga

Mr. Jordan P Semwanga has a Masters of Arts in Economics from Makerere University, Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences (Economics) from Makerere University. He has served as a Co-investigator, data analyst and team leader on a number of local and international research studies in the areas of Education and Health, Governance and Rural development. Jordan's additional skills include training of people at Higher institutions of learning in the areas of project planning and management, research methods and design, Monitoring and Evaluation.

Mr. Richard Kibombo

Mr. Richard Kibombo has a Masters of Science Degree in Statistics from the University of Wisconsin - USA and a Bachelors of Statistics Degree from Makerere University. He has 20 years of experience in research and statistics and has conducted a number of multi-disciplinary action and policy research. He has served as Principal Investigator, Co-Investigator or as Project Statistician on a number of local and multi-country studies particularly in the area of sexual and reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, primary education and telecommunications. Mr. Kibombo has capabilities and expertise in developing and managing Monitoring and Evaluation systems and conducting impact evaluation. His professional training as a Statistician and Analyst greatly enhances the monitoring and evaluation expertise to design, deliver and operate systems, which combine high standards of data validity with management for development results.

Ms.Martha Mlambo

Martha Mlambo is a Research Fellow at Development Research and Social Policy Analysis Centre (DRASPAC). Martha holds a Higher National Diploma in Library and Information Sciences from Harare Polytechnic College Zimbabwe as well as an Executive Diploma in Leadership and Management from the University of Zimbabwe. At DRASPAC, Martha is part of the team that is involved in academic research and social policy analysis. Before joining DRASPAC Martha worked at Zimbabwe Women's Resource Centre and Network (ZWRCN) where she was involved in promoting women's rights and empowerment by advocating for social and economic justice in Zimbabwe and globally. She is also a member of The African Women's Development and Communication Network (FEMNET) and is also a member of the International Reading Association
