In 2010, Duffy Café was established to provide the growing city of Port Moresby, PNG its first speciality coffee and cafe. Many had thought the time was too early for such a service, however, it thrived and experienced significant growth as the business expanded into a roasting house and bakery. Duffy now has cafes at Gabaka Street, Harbourside and Jackson's International Airport... Since 2010, our focus at Duffy Coffee has been to make the best coffee, sourced in a sustainable way. Our passion for speciality coffee spans every step; from hand-selecting green beans in the highlands of PNG to meticulously roasting our coffee to Australian speciality coffee standards and pouring the perfect coffee from our espresso machines... Traditional breadmaking is an artform refined over hundreds of years.
