D Shot photography is a professional photography company owned and operated by Kellie Smith. After owning my own clothing company and being unable to afford consistent product shots, I decided to purchase my first camera and teach myself the art of photography. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a passion which later became my career... Detroit based but traveling the world. D shot photography started by shooting models in the community. After a successful holiday tour with Santa, D Shot Photography established. Specializing in portrait photography D Shot teamed up with Tutu Icey to help showcase kid models... Our first shooter Danger Kellie created out slogan, when she decided to always "stay strapped" and "take the shot", we expanded our business and brand challenging everyone to take their best shot!
