EIOOC European international olive oil competition is a new idea innovated by Biotech. & Process Engineer R. Chouket that gives spirit to the competition of more than one participating country, and every year the results will be in one of the capitals of those countries, this competition would resemble with Football champions league alike in its formation and preparation. Psychologically, it would be boring, if it is done in one country every year... European International Olive Oil competition will geographically encompass the biggest land which is the whole of Europe because it includes the largest number of competitions and ours is the mother of the competitions because it is different than others in its preparation, shape, and tradition.
