Mr. Tsukerman previously co-founded Passed Pawn Capital asset management firm and was a portfolio manager for long/short equity hedge fund. Prior to that, he spent seven years of his 25-year career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as head of Emerging Markets Fixed Income Quantitative Development and as Rates Quantitative Analyst. Previously, Mr. Tsukerman headed a proprietary equity trading technology team at JP Morgan Chase. He also held leadership roles in two startup technology companies, as well as various positions throughout the financial services industry. Mr. Tsukerman received a Masters of Financial Engineering from New York University Tandon School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Cornell University. He is a co-founder of nonprofit Advisors For Good and is an Impact Investing Committee member at ADISA. He holds a CQF designation and is also a contributor to Seeking Alpha, Forbes, and BrightTalk.

Mr. Krauze has a life-long passion for technology and problem solving. Mr. Krauze co-founded Eureka Wealth Solutions in 2015. Prior to that, he spent 20 years in various technology management roles at JP Morgan Chase. He also worked at a financial trading platform startup. Mr. Krauze's expertise includes information architecture and design and delivery of trading systems. Mr. Krauze received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University.
