ESSEX RESISTS

We are Vermonters (from Essex and surrounding VT communities including Williston, Jericho, Underhill, and Burlington) who are concerned about the current direction of our country. Unsure of how to make a difference we have gathered to support each other and, collectively, stand up and take action. We believe in the inherent dignity and equality for all human beings, a free and independent press, the constitution, and that climate change is a real man-made threat. We are committed to positivity, compassion, critical thinking, and non-violent resistance. We will create and join concrete non-violent civil actions that take us out of our comfort zone to make our voices heard... Working together for equality, liberty, accountability, and justice
