The museum is open to the public from Wednesday to Friday, and admission is free... The Fail Museum was founded in 2014 by Joris Luyendijk, a Dutch journalist and author. Luyendijk was inspired to create the museum after writing a book about the financial crisis. He was struck by the fact that most people only learn from their failures if they are made public, and he wanted to create a space where people could learn from the failures of others... The Fail Museum is located in a former bank building in Amsterdam. The museum has four floors, and each floor is dedicated to a different theme. The first floor is dedicated to business failures, the second floor is dedicated to personal failures, the third floor is dedicated to political failures, and the fourth floor is dedicated to technological failures.
