In 2012, Fenton worked with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. to exclusively represent Kroger in the Hampton Roads market with site selection, market analysis and acquisition of 15-20 acre sites for their new Kroger Marketplace stores. Prior to that, Kroger was represented by S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in facilitating the due diligence, approval and permitting of six fuel centers on existing Kroger sites. Fenton also assisted in the sale and leasing of other surplus properties, including the former Kroger in York County and Portsmouth VA.
