We evaluate debt or equity and into special situations including distress and transaction driven event... Our investment philosophy hinges on making impact on society and doing social good by substantially increase upward mobility for those who are economically disadvantaged through education or value creation... We invest in GPs with strong track record and domain expertise. We will typically evaluate a manager based on his/her experience and forward looking vision. While we are sector agnostic, we tend to focus on sectors where we have domain expertise and access to market leaders.
