Ganzo is the creative laboratory of APICIUS International School of Hospitality. Ganzo is a school restaurant that reinterprets Italian cuisine from an international perspective, open to the public and operated by the students and faculty of Florence University of the Arts - The American University of Florence through experiential learning. The wines featured at Ganzo represent specialty Italian wine producers who are a part of institution's partnership with industry professionals, APICIUS FRIENDS... GANZO is an art gallery. Atists have the opportunity to exhibit their work within GANZO's spaces, and the revolving calendar of personal exhibitions generate a continuous renewal of the arts and culture... Ganzo is a great location for private events, conveniently located in the historic city center of Florence in the lively S. Ambrogio neighborhood.
