GR Ena Kim Expressway Private Limited ("GEKEPL" or the "Company") is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), incorporated on August 20, 2020 for implementation of the Project "Eight lane access-controlled Expressway from Km 217.500 to Km 254.430 of Vadodara Mumbai Expressway (Ena to Kim Section) in the State of Gujarat on Hybrid Annuity Mode under BharatmalaPariyojana (Phase -I, Package -VI)". GR Infraprojects Limited (GRIL), controls 100% of the equity interest in GEKEPL.
