GRAY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - Key Persons

Todd Gray

Todd Gray's passion for building began as a teen while working as a jobsite laborer for his father's construction company in Kissimmee, FL. Early in his career, Todd had the opportunity to work alongside tenured industry veterans and tradesmen, and he credits the experience he obtained during that time as the foundation for Gray Construction Services, Inc. (GCSI) as it exists today. The inspiration for establishing GCSI originated with Todd Gray, prior to its inception in 2001, while he served as the assistant project manager for the Centex Rooney/Gray Construction joint partnership that constructed the $80 million dollar Osceola County Courthouse & Government Center project in Kissimmee, FL. The unique challenges and specialized scope requirements presented by this large scale government project provided a platform for personal and professional growth as a builder and leader. It also introduced Gray to leading edge construction management methods centered on an integrated project delivery approach that incorporates people, systems, business structures, and practices in a collaborative effort to optimize project results. The identity of GCSI, our select team of professionals, and the manner in which we serve our clients is based on that approach.
