David Gilcrease

David Gilcrease comes to the world of personal growth with a wide variety of experiences and knowledge that has allowed him to contribute to the areas of facilitation, material development and the training of future generations of experiential trainers. He began his professional career as a graduate physicist with a Masters Degree and spent the first eight years of his career in corporate America. Working with such companies as Sola Ophthalmic, Hewlett-Packard, US Department of the Navy, and Texas Instruments. Through his experience with the training in 1973, David found a new passion in life. As a senior facilitator for LifeSpring, he completed schooling in psychology, the Pfeiffer-Jones certification for experiential trainer and worked LifeSpring from 1975 to 1982. Recognized as a skilled trainer in both the personal development and corporate arena, he opened his own 3 level training company- Resource Realizations (RR). During David's 30 years at Resource, the company began to focus upon families in crisis, leading to the development of leading-edge programs for families and teens. Using the basic 3 level training as a foundation, these programs assist teens/young adults and their families in changing behavior patterns which limit them and create barriers to establishing supportive, loving relationships.

Michael Rosso

Michael Rosso is a highly skilled professional facilitator and coach who has worked with more than 50,000 people worldwide in the areas of personal awareness, leadership development, high-performance team building and coaching for over 25 years. He has designed and delivered continuing experiential education workshops throughout the United States, Russia, Latvia, Holland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, China and Mexico. His work supports and empowers individuals, business executives, educators and youth to realize more of their potential by developing visions and goals and becoming accountable for enhancing their own personal effectiveness. He began work in experiential education after a career as an opera singer in the United States and Europe, and he brings to his work a deep understanding and practice of effective coaching relationships. Michael completed his undergraduate work in English Literature at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and post-graduate work in music at the University of California, Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He is based in Northern California.

Oriole Lee

Oriole comes from Taiwan and graduated from Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan, majoring in psychology. She has more than 20 years of professional experience, handling training for many companies in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and so on. She is the founder of Upeople Studios in Taiwan, a non-profit organization that mainly gathers performance groups to raise funds for people in need. She is also the current director of NKUST Drama Club in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
