The company was founded by a nurse and social worker. As nurse practitioners and social workers, we have seen firsthand the positive effects of early intervention on the outcome of children with special needs... We understand the importance of culture and work with each family to create an individual health journey. We also govern using Roy Adaptation Model- simply put health is determined by the ability to adapt to illness rather than just being disease free. We also will have counseling services that focus on dad. We feel far too often the male's perspective related to illness..
