Ruth is a doctorate-prepared Adult Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Murray State University in 2008 with her BSN in nursing and then went on to graduate from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Master's in 2012 as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. In 2021, she got her Doctorate in Nursing Leadership and Innovations in Health Care and minored in Nursing Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has extensive experience in primary care, case management, nursing research, telehealth, and home care. Her passion is health prevention, education, and health promotion for older adults. She lives in St. Louis, MO with her family.
