Allison Beer

Allison Beer is the chief executive officer for Chase's Card and Connected Commerce businesses. Together, she and her leadership teams manage our credit card franchise - the industry leader in sales and lending, with more than 50 million active accounts as of December 2022 - and Chase's travel, dining, shopping, offers and lending programs, as well as consumer and small business payments for the firm. Allison also oversees the integration of cxLoyalty, The Infatuation, FROSCH and Figg, some of Chase's most recent acquisitions. Previously, Allison was Chase's chief product officer, where she led the bank's product teams across lines of business. She was also the head of customer experience and digital, driving the design and experience for Chase's more than 65 million digitally active customers on its website and mobile app. Prior to these roles, Allison was head of corporate development for banking and payments for JPMorgan Chase and negotiated new partnerships with tech giants and other major distribution platforms. Allison joined JPMorgan Chase in 2017 to lead payments partnerships and digital payment strategies in Chase's digital division. Before joining the firm, Allison held executive roles at American Express, spanning digital partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and card benefits across Amex's travel, consumer card and payment divisions. Allison is a graduate of Yale University. She is also a member of the management committee of Early Warning Services, the owner and operator of the Zelle Network®.

Carla Hassan is the Chief Marketing Officer of JPMorgan Chase with responsibility for firmwide marketing, which includes advertising, media, sponsorships, market research and customer insights for the Chase, J.P. Most recently, she was the Chief Marketing Officer of Citi, leading the marketing organization to build distinctive, impactful campaigns that differentiated the brand, accelerated digital capabilities and fueled the firm's continued growth. Prior to joining Citi, Carla was Executive Vice President and Global Chief Marketing Officer of Toys "R" Us. In this capacity, she served as a member of the company's global leadership team and oversaw the vision for the company's brands, marketing and media strategy, creative, marketing communications, digital marketing, CRM, Analytics, Insights and Loyalty Programs. Prior to joining Toys "R" Us, Carla served as Senior Vice President, Brand Management for PepsiCo's Global Beverage Group. In this role, she was responsible for driving growth on PepsiCo's beverage portfolio across 50+ markets around the world, including leading brands Pepsi & Mountain Dew, creating new brands, and expanding Gatorade internationally. During her 13 year tenure at PepsiCo, she held a number of strategic marketing leadership roles for Quaker and Gatorade in the US, and was Chief Marketing Officer for the company's Middle East & Africa business based out of Dubai. Prior to that, Carla held several marketing roles at The Kellogg Company. Gill Haus is Chief Information Officer of Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) at JPMorgan Chase, which serves over 60 million households in the United States with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. In his role, Gill is responsible for an annual technology budget of $4 billion and the management and oversight of over 12,000 technologists globally, with a common goal of continuing to build and sustain a technology infrastructure that enhances the product experiences for all of Chase's households. Gill heads the Chase Technology Team and is a member of the CCB Leadership Team and the firm's Global Technology Leadership Team (GTL). Gill was previously the head of Digital Technology and a member of the Chase Technology Leadership Team. In this role he led the acceleration of Chase's modernization of critical technology systems and the move of customer-facing infrastructure to the private and public cloud. He was responsible for moving Chase's flagship mobile and web applications to adopt an open architecture model supporting more experimentation and cross-organization collaboration. A fierce advocate of diversity, inclusion and culture, Gill also revamped the hiring process to attract top talent to Chase and increase the diversity of his technology teams. Prior to joining Chase, Gill was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Enterprise Products and Platforms for Capital One. While in this role, he was responsible for digital engineering, architecture and tooling that empowered developers across the company, helping build and sustain an innovative technology organization, and foster a culture of excellence in software engineering. He was also accountable for the quality, availability, and scale of externally and internally facing banking products, services and their underlying systems. Jennifer Roberts is the Chief Executive Officer of Chase Consumer Banking, which serves more than 25 million households nationwide through 4,700+ branches, 16,000+ ATMs and 42,000+ employees. From 2019 to 2021, Roberts was CEO of Chase Business Banking. In 2020, it ranked #1 among the nation's six biggest banks in J.D. Power's annual Small Business Banking study, and #1 in primary bank market share nationally by Barlow Research Associates. The firm was also the #1 lender in the Paycheck Protection Program in both 2020 and 2021, providing more than $32 billion to small businesses in need. Roberts serves on the board of WHYY, a public radio station in Philadelphia. In this role, Julie leads a global team of human resources professionals who partner with the business to attract, develop and retain talent. Directly prior to this role, Julie was the head of Human Resources for the firm's Corporate and Firmwide Functions, including Global Technology, Human Resources, Audit, Communications, Risk & Compliance, Corporate Responsibility, Legal, and the office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). Julie began her career at JPMorgan Chase in 1989 as an HR Associate. In her 30+ years with the Firm, Julie has held a variety of HR management and Business Partner roles across Asset & Wealth Management, the Corporate & Investment Bank, Community and Consumer Banking as well as Corporate. For over a decade, she was the head of HR for Global Wealth Management, where she led a global team of HR professionals during significant periods of international growth. Matt Kane is the Head of Strategy for Consumer & Community Banking (CCB). He is responsible for developing an integrated strategy for Chase to address the financial services needs of U.S. consumers and small businesses, including banking, investments, credit card, mortgage, auto and small business lending. He reports to Jennifer Piepszak, Co-CEO of Consumer & Community Banking, and is a member of the CCB Leadership Team. He is based in New York. Matt has more than 20 years of experience in Wholesale Payments, Card Services, Credit, Operations, Risk and Marketing. Prior to his current role, Matt led Merchant Services, the firm's global payment acceptance and merchant acquiring business, Commercial Card, and billing and pricing across Wholesale Payments. He led a global team and managed a portfolio of more than $1.5 trillion in transactions annually. Previously he served as Managing Director of Corporate Development, responsible for bringing all issuing and acquiring assets in Card Services and Merchant Services together to deliver even greater value to consumer, small business and enterprise clients. Earlier in his career Matt was Chief Risk Officer for Chase's Card, Merchant Services and Auto Finance businesses, managing end-to-end risk management, including lending policy, regulatory compliance, and operational risk oversight. Prior to this role, he was the General Manager of the Chase Freedom credit card, responsible for all aspects of marketing, product development, and customer experience. Matt also served as the Head of Acquisitions Marketing for Chase Card Services, where he was responsible for organic growth across all credit card products. As Chief Operations Officer for Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Mike Ashworth leads a global team across a network of customer service centers. Previously, Mike served as Chief Information Officer for CCB and Deputy CIO for the firm. During his 30-year career, Mike led Global Technology Infrastructure for JPMorgan Chase. Mike joined J.P. Morgan in 1986, as an application developer within Global Swaps in London. He went on to manage the Swap Derivatives systems team and application development and technology infrastructure for the Fixed Income business. He became Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Global Markets at J.P. Morgan in February 2000 and Investment Bank CTO in December 2000, following the merger of Chase and J.P. Morgan. He was named CIO of the Investment Bank in 2002. Mike is on the Board of the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council and is a member of the Board of the University of Bath Foundation.
