Dennis has more than 40 years of progressive experience in designing, building, and renovating large-scale commercial and residential construction projects. Dennis is an expert in project management, bid proposals, project estimation, contract negotiations, material procurement, permit processes and code compliance. Some of Dennis' significant projects have been the Pasadena Hilton Hotel, Las Vegas Hawthorne Suites, Santa Ana Embassy Suites, Palm Springs Doubletree Hotel, Oxford Suites- Rohnert Park, and Kapco Global in Brea, CA. Dennis prides himself on his ability to complete projects within budgets and time constraints. Our founder and CEO Dennis Herold started servicing residential customers by pouring patios for new homes in Orange County. A few years later, our focus shifted to home design, home improvement construction, room addition construction, and swimming pool construction. Soon after, our team was partnering with custom home builders by providing home designing services, home renovation, and general contractor services. Jacob Herold

Jacob joined the company in 2005. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics, a master's degree in architecture and is a licensed architect in the state of California. In addition, Jacob is a member of the American Institute of Architects. As a child, he loved accompanying his dad at work. Before long, Jacob was spearheading renovation and commercial TI projects. Jacob's unique ability to form successful partnerships with architects, tradesman, vendors, and clients, allows him to complete projects within budget and time constraints. His skill set includes conceptual designs, architectural plans, and detailed construction drawings.

Richard Alvarez

Richard joined our team in 2015. He has over 5 years experience in the construction industry. Richard holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Cal State Fullerton. He has a genuine passion for customer service, that is why you will find him in our office meeting, greeting, and taking calls from our valued customers, vendors, partners, and employees. In addition to customer service, Richard is responsible for the accounting, marketing, human resources, and administrative duties for the company.
