He has successfully contributed in various new law making initiatives of Delhi Govt, their education among public, ensuring compliance and enforcement. He is a well known face in the bureaucracy. He is one of the Promoter Director at Loukya Finserv Limited and driving force behind Human Resource, Administration, Corporate Governance and IT Initiatives at Loukya.

In his career of more than 30 years he has successfully set up various Greenfield and expansion projects and converted stressed companies in to profit making entities. He is one of the renowned person in CEO fraternity in the country and has various Organizational rewards and appreciations to his credit. In his career he has successfully set up various new projects and turned around sick companies in to profit making Ventures. He is considered a very dynamic Finance Professional in Finance fraternity in India.
