Adam Woodard - CEO, Chief Investment Officer

Adam is the Chief Investment/Credit Officer, leveraging over 15 years of experience in commercial lending and alternative investing. He co-founded SQN Latina in 2016, an equipment leasing joint venture focused on SME industrial clients with assets in Mexico. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, he was with Vesta Equity, a single family office globally opportunistic in direct alternative investments. He also worked for a distressed commercial debt fund, and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, his MBA with a focus in finance from the University of South Florida, and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Associate (CAIA) designation. In his free time Adam enjoys studying monetary economics, science and engineering, listening to technical music, and being out on the water with his cocker spaniel, Charlie.

Alex Dunmire

Alex Dunmire, Certified Service-Disabled Veteran. Alex is a retired Lieutenant Commander, Naval Intelligence Officer with 22 years of service at both Officer and Enlisted ranks. His last 11 years of active duty were counterterrorism focused with numerous deployments to Middle East and Afghanistan. After retirement, Alex established the Tampa Office of a large defense contractor and expanded its operations globally. He successfully won and now manages a diversified product portfolio worth over $150M of US Government and commercial business. Under Alex's leadership building a strong employee culture, the business unit he leads was named one of the Top Work Places in Tampa for five consecutive years- 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021. Alex is owner of Delta Resources, and assists in diversity business development with the major defense contractors. Alex graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, with a B.S. in Business Management. Alex enjoys boating, sports, and travel.

Bill Knowles

Bill is responsible for business development in all equipment sectors for Delta Financial. With over 10 years of experience in lease equipment financing, he offers extensive knowledge in the industry. Prior to joining Delta Financial, Bill operated two private investment banking brokerage firms providing various financing options in the Equipment & Real Estate sectors. Bill graduated from Naval Special Warfare's Basic Underwater Demolition / SEAL Training and was deployed overseas as an operational platoon member of SEAL Team One. He is a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his dog Quita, golf, and travelling.

Clayton Heitler

Clay is the founder and owner of American Mortgage Services and Cambridge Insurance. A serial entrepreneur and early-stage investor, Clay is a driving force behind Delta's growth and corporate strategy. Clay is graduate of University of South Florida, he loves his time boating on the Tampa Bay waterways and is an avid fan of Tampa Bay sports.

Dave Riggleman - CEO

Dave is responsible for daily operations of our business including originations, syndications, pricing, equipment analysis, asset management and portfolio strategy and corporate development. With his extensive experience in Supplier Diversity marketplace, Dave has forged and expanded relationships that have lead to underwriting and funding over $400MM in equipment leases for Fortune 500 companies. He has devoted himself to providing a solution-based approach to equipment finance for his customers. Prior to entering the equipment leasing business, Dave spent 23 years working for regional securities/investment banking firms Raymond James, Legg Mason and Wheat First Securities. Dave studied economics at the University of Richmond. He spends leisure time playing golf and traveling.

Dave Zgrabik

Dave is a United States Army Veteran with over 35 years of experience in the Equipment financing Industry originating middle market and investment grade equipment leasing and financing transactions. Dave has strong technical and accounting skills and has experience in virtually every aspect of the Equipment Finance Industry including originations, underwriting, syndications, and product structuring and pricing. Prior to joining Delta Dave worked for Wells Fargo, Capital One, SunTrust, Banc One/JP Morgan, GE Capital and Huntington Bank. Dave earned a BBA in Accounting from Cleveland State University and an MBA with a Finance Concentration from Xavier University. In his personal time Dave is an avid fisherman, cyclist and skier and plays in an adult ice hockey league.

Jeff has extensive experience working with private fund placements, mergers and acquisitions, and veteran owned businesses. He is the Treasurer and Legislative Affairs officer for Florida Association of Veteran Owned Business (FAVOB) and general counsel for Veterans Alternative, a nonprofit dedicated to helping combat veterans heal and adapt to civilian life. Jeff's led a light infantry squad for the U.S. Army's 10th Mountain Division, including deployment to Bosnia-Herzegovina. Jeff received his B.S. from Penn State University and his J.D. from Stetson University.

Jerry Herrmann - Chief Commercial Officer

Jerry is responsible for sales management and origination activities within Delta, along with marketing. Jerry has over 30 years-experience leasing equipment to Fortune 1000 and upper middle-market companies. Prior to joining Delta Jerry worked for Bci Capital Management Group, SunTrust, Capital One, BancOne/JP Morgan, and NationsBanc/Bank of America; he has generated over $750M in transactions. Jerry has comprehensive knowledge of structuring, pricing, portfolio management, documentation and customer service. Jerry is a graduate of University of New York, Oneonta, and studied accounting and economics. Jerry enjoys cycling, sailing and Florida's beautiful beaches.

Johnathan Sproul

Johnathan plays a critical role in the success of Delta Financial supporting our equipment division as an asset manager. He started his career with Franklin Templeton advisory services gaining valuable skills that he has translated into a best-in-class customer experience. Johnathan then became VP of a local screen print shop in Tampa, FL, learning all aspects of the business with a focus on marketing and graphic arts. He eventually purchased the company from the previous owners and successfully ran the business until 2019 when he ultimately sold the company. Johnathan earned a degree in Business Administration from Furman University while playing varsity football for the Paladins.

Lee Bergeron

Lee has 30+ years' experience building leasing organizations for fortune 50 publicly traded financial institutions directing strategy, operations, policies, procedures, sales, cloud facilities, and revenue expansion. Lee has served in a variety of leadership roles with major organizations including General Electric, GE Government Finance, GE Federal Finance, GE Commercial Equipment Finance, Bank of America, Neopost and Pitney Bowes. He is a Graduate of Texas Christian University's MJ Neely School of Business with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. He has also completed studies in Core Leadership Training with the Jack Welch Learning Center at GE and holds a Six Sigma Certification as a Green Belt.

Patrick Maloney

Maloney began his career working across various segments of the equipment financing industry. He received an MBA from Crummer Graduate school at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. He later joined Veristor Capital to specialize in software funding alternatives and Information technology funding.

Patrick Worsham

Broad-based C suite experience in different environments ranging from the world's leading soft drinks manufacturer to a private equity owned coffee technology company and a start-up advertising enterprise. Steve Hill

Steve is a Managing Director of Socius Capital based in Tampa, FL. For the past 25 years, he has held senior positions in the financial services industry including serving 10 years as President of Eagle Asset Management (Raymond James), a $20 Billion asset management firm. He was also President of Eagle Boston Asset Management and of the Heritage family of mutual funds and was a founder and manager of two hedge fund general partnerships. He currently is a director of Precision Machine and Manufacturing, Inc. and Equitus Corporation. Steve also currently serves as Vice Chairman of the City of Tampa General Employees' Pension Fund. Steve also has experience in the investment banking area at Raymond James where he was responsible for structuring equipment leasing transactions for the firm's clients and for raising equity for real estate investments. Steve holds an engineering degree from Auburn University and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He has been involved in several community organizations in the Tampa area including serving as a Trustee of St. Mary's Episcopal Day School. He enjoys many outdoor sports including fishing and golf.

All three companies were recognized by the Monitor 100 as one of the Top 30 Bank Leasing Companies in the U.S. during his tenure. Tom was instrumental in growing SunTrust Leasing to $7.5 billion. For the last 11 years, Tom was the co-founder and President for Bridge Capital (BankUnited) and BciCapital (City National Bank of Florida) both $1.5 billion companies. Also, for the last three years Tom was the Bank's EVP responsible for both the Orlando and Tampa Market Executives. Tom is an accounting graduate from the University of Central Florida.
