OUR PURPOSE IS TO BUILD OUR COMMUNITY'S INFRASTRUCTURE, AND TO PROVIDE A SAFE WORKPLACE FOR A GROUP OF HARDWORKING INDIVIDUALS AND THE FAMILIES THEY SERVE... The Lindsey heritage dates back to 1945 when S.E. Lindsey (Sonny), then 15 years old, took 250 dollars and purchased his first dump truck. He would drive to the San Jacinto river, load his truck with a shovel and then haul the material to Houston. Curtis grew up working with his dad in the field learning from the ground up what it takes to see a project through. In December of 1992 after growing to a handful of employees, Lindsey Construction officially became incorporated and Curtis was named President. It was in the early 90's that we really began to establish ourselves as a leader in the earthmoving industry. We have a broad customer base that includes municipalities, developers, general contractors, and industrial clients throughout Southeast Texas.
