Derek Mercer has been training in one form or another for most of his working life, from the Royal Navy, Civil Police, Mental Health Nursing/Management and Locksmithing he has been training others in lots of different vocational subjects and is now a Qualified Trainer/Assessor and a Lead Internal Qualification Assurer. Jim Evans was for many years a Primary School Teacher & Deputy Head Teacher before starting his own Locksmith Business. Jim is a expert on lock bumping, a method of opening door locks non destructively. He is passionate about training and is a Qualified Trainer/Assessor and Lead Internal Quality Assurer for all our courses.
