Mark Helm has been in the real estate industry since 1985. In 1999 Mark formed Helm/Dischinger Property Management, Inc., and placed his commercial real estate brokerage business with RE/MAX Commercial Brokers of Louisville. Helm/Dischinger Property Management currently manages approximately 300,000 square feet of office and retail product and employs six full time staff people... Always thinking outside box, in 1999 Mark Purchased a residential REMAX Franchise and rolled a Commercial Division, Auction division, and Property Management Division, creating Louisville's only full service RE/MAX Brokerage. Mark has consistently earned top agent awards in the Kentucky/Tennessee RE/Max Region. He sold the franchise and focuses on building a self-storage portfolio and online self-storage training business.
