Apart from some clichés regarding the cold climate, we're afraid it is, in general, very little. We want to know what the lappish people can told us about their daily way of life, the way they understand life, how they involve foreigners into their culture and lifestyle, how their quiet, unknown birthplace has lately changed as Lapland keeps growing as a touristic destination... We want to discover how they live, how they think, what do they dream about, how do they face the cold, dark winter days, the future... I am a filmmaker and photographer with a profound passion for extreme landscapes and climates. Trained in Audio-Visual Communication, I divide my time between the Mediterranean Sea and the European Arctic. Working in and with nature, my principle - "Explore to Create" - inspires conscious travel and defines my creative approach to the places and people I depict in my work.
