Dorothy has strong executive and leadership experience in the apparel industry with a successful track record in developing new ventures, strategic vision and execution, market analyses, and due diligence. Her solid financial oversight in strategy, budgeting, and controls as well as her comprehensive IT experience with ERP, Point solutions, integration planning, disaster/risk mitigation in the apparel industry makes her an invaluable addition to our team.
Received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where he focused on applications of information theory in computation complexity and machine learning. He has been creating data analytics, machine learning, personalization and recommendation engines for the past ten years in companies like Twitter, SnapChat, and GraphDive, a company he co-founded with the vision of personalizing the world around us using social graph data.
He is also very interested in the theory of networks, social sciences and economics and especially the ways data has and can further transform those fields. Social Networks like Twitter and SnapChat have revolutionized our understanding of social sciences. At TrendBoard he is trying to utilize data to improve inventory planning, management, and price personalization of the off-price market.
