Aaron has been in the insurance business for 13 years. He began his career working in the Medicare sales department for United Healthcare. After several years and a few different roles at UHC, he decided he wanted to branch out on his own and help those in and around his community.
His passion is to make sure his clients are taken care of with all their insurance needs, both before and after the sale. Most important, Aaron wants to educate everyone on their options and make sure they are comfortable and satisfied with their decision.
When he's not working (which is rare!), Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, their 2 daughters and 3 dogs. He also is an avid golfer, self-proclaimed sports fanatic, and even moonlights in a role with the Green Bay Packers on game days.
James is an educator by trade and brings 20 years of education and coaching experience to the team. Though a newcomer to the insurance industry he brings knowledge and a unique perspective in working with Healthcare and Senior Benefits. His passion is educating his clients on the benefits available and finding the right health plan that fits their needs.
Originally from Sussex, Wisconsin, James has made the Green Bay area his home for the past 25 years. James and his wife Heidi spend most of their time chasing around their four sons. In his free time he loves to play golf and softball.
Jeff started his insurance career back in 2007, and although his path has taken a few twists and turns along the way, he came back to doing what he enjoys most - assisting others in their insurance needs.
A graduate of UW-Green Bay, Jeff is recently married to his wonderful wife Diana and lives in the Green Bay area.
After spending most of his youth in the Adams, WI area, Jeff has made Green Bay his home for the last two decades and is well versed in the needs of his members in this market.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys outdoor activities like fishing, swimming, and golf, while he also enjoys watching and playing almost all sports, especially football and basketball.
Joel has been a licensed agent with Northern Advantage for 2 years. As an independent agent who is appointed with the majority of health insurance carriers, he relishes the ability to help his clients truly find the coverage that fits them the best.
He very much enjoys helping clients explore all of their options and build a solution that meets their needs in terms of care, coverage and cost. You may find him out in our communities assisting folks with their needs at food pantries, hosting bingo events in retiree facilities or manning a health insurance table at local stores.
Joel's main goal is to always be helping others and being a reliable source for them. He loves getting out into the community and helping folks make sense of healthcare and their insurance needs.
Born and raised in a small Wisconsin town, he has called Green Bay home for the last 23 years after graduating from UW-Green Bay and has worked in roles assisting others during for most of that time. He is an avid golfer and enjoys watching our Wisconsin professional and college sports teams in his free time.
Kristal started in the insurance business 12 years ago, and she has a great passion for helping people.
She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Medicare, and she loves educating her clients, while also providing 5-star customer service.
Her specialty is helping people with Medicare and Medicaid understand all of their options. As a broker, she is able to offer you the right plan for your needs while placing your client experience first.
After growing up in the Chilton area, Kristal has settled in the Fox Valley with her husband and 2 young children. She is heavily involved in her children's activities, and when she takes time away from the business she can often be found camping, hiking, swimming, golfing or doing something else outdoors.
Michele has been in sales in many different capacities for over 30 years. She brings to the table excellent customer service and a true compassion for others.
Making the decision to get on board with offering health care insurance was an easy one. Michele goes the ‘extra mile' for her clients by having an ‘above and beyond' attitude.
Her focus is on the Medicare market specializing in finding extra benefits (often at zero dollar premiums) to the client. Helping people is her passion.
As a cancer THRIVER, Michele understands the challenges that can come when faced with a medical crisis. Having the right coverage really offers peace of mind and this is where she really shines!
Michele is married to her husband Joe and they have two grown, married daughters. Between them, she has 13 grandchildren, who are a joy!
Steve has been in the financial services business for over 30 years. After completing his BA degree from University of Oshkosh, he earned his LUTCF destination (Life Underwriters Training Council).
He focuses his attention on helping people make smart decisions about their life and money. His desire to help people is key that helping uncover what really matters to his clients.
Once he understands what the client clearly wants, he goes to work to help formulate the best possible plan. Steve has a strong desire to see each one of my clients achieve whatever is important to them in their lives.
