She is a conscientious Executive Assistant with over 3 years of extensive and diverse experience in supporting senior executives, providing high level support to Board level Directors/CEO within the financial sector. Charlotte often meets with clients and interfaces with the Shareholders of the Company. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Newpoint Financial Corp and its subsidiaries by working closely with all the executive team on various mergers and acquisitions, legal and marketing projects.

Keith Beekmeyer - CEO

Keith is founding Shareholder of Newpoint Capital Ltd, London UK, where he is Chief Executive Officer and Director, specialising in Trade Credit and structured Products with over 37 years in the financial sector, holding several senior corporate positions in operations. He is an articulate communicator, capable of building lasting relationships with the senior management of clients, partners, vendors both domestically and internationally. A problem solver and deal architect who can create solutions with track record for finding innovative ways to grow revenue and increase margins. He has a history of success in creating structure solution in emerging markets along with initiatives in sales, marketing, and advertising structured product. Keith has experience in the negotiation of high-level contracts. He is well versed in presentations, accustomed to addressing clients, vendors, partners, shareholders, and corporate board of directors. He has been responsible for and has managed multi-million-dollar budgets with full P&L responsibility.

Thi A.H. Nguyen - Chief Legal Officer

He has been an attorney for 17 years and brings with him not only years of practical knowledge but experiences and skills that go beyond the actual practice of law. He began his career in the Office of the Governor under former Governor Gary Locke. As an attorney assisting the Governor's General Counsel, Thi gained familiarity with government protocol and lawmaking. He was appointed by Governor Locke and served on the State's Commission on Asian and Pacific American Affairs to represent and advise the Governor on issues that affect this demographic. He also was a delegate on several trade missions with Governor Locke and the State's Secretary of State Sam Reed to China and Vietnam. Thi met with high level government officials and assisted Washington State private companies promote their goods and execute contracts with their Asian counterparties. Thi built upon his experience in the public sector and transitioned to the private practice of law. He would go on to represent large Vietnamese companies that include a cement manufacturer, textiles company, pharmaceutical distributor, and import/exporters with aspects of international commerce. In assisting international clients, he also gained knowledge of financial instruments utilized in trade, financing, banking, and regulatory law. Domestically in the US, Thi represented private lenders, real estate developers, and builders in various capacities. In EB-5 and other project development, he was responsible for governmental approvals, organizing the capital stack and arranging mezzanine financing. On behalf of lenders, he drafted loan documentation and performed due diligence of the projects and borrowers. Thi has a global worldview and has a keen insight of how geopolitics affects the business and financial world. As NPFC's Chief Legal Officer he is responsible for oversight of the Company's global legal strategy. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles and dual undergraduate degrees in Political Science and SE Asian Studies from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
