Our mission is to enable individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental illness to thrive in the least restrictive settings while upholding their dignity and respect. We achieve this through our 24/7 Supported Community Living Homes and Host Homes, where we prioritize individual skill development, education in daily living, medication management, safety, social skills, community engagement, and more... Our mission, guided by the motto of "Care and Compassion," is to deliver outstanding care to individuals of all abilities, and to foster complete inclusion across all facets of life.
