Al Schnur - CEO, President

Al has spent his 30+ year career in the talent assessment industry. Originally joining PCI in 1991, he returned to lead PCI Talent Assessment Solution's next chapter in 2001. He is passionate about developing long-term relationships with his clients, empowering his teams to continuously improve processes, and advising C-suite executives and boards. His current focus is on succession planning, high-potential development, and executive coaching. Earlier in his career, Al worked for Development Dimensions International (DDI) where he developed expertise in designing assessment centers, 360-degree feedback processes, performance management, and training and development programs. He later joined ePredix, an internet start-up that developed online candidate screening tools. Al has conducted over 5,000 assessments, and more than 150,000 candidates have participated in programs he designed. Al received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kansas State University and earned both a Master's and Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Association for Corporate Growth.

Deborah Bell

Deborah has spent her entire career in the assessment, selection, and leadership development field. After gaining formative experience with selection system design at Aon and Select International (now Talogy), she joined PCI Talent Assessment Solutions in 2008. Deborah is passionate about helping organizations identify and grow talent. She is responsible for uncovering customers' needs and designing custom assessment solutions, including developing competency models. She also continues to serve as a lead Assessor, having conducted over 1000 leadership assessments. Deborah has worked with companies across most industries and of all sizes, including start-ups, small to mid-sized companies, and Fortune 500 organizations, as well as multi-national enterprises, non-profits, and government agencies. She has had the privilege of serving as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers at all levels, HR professionals, leadership coaches, and C-suite executives. Deborah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a certified administrator of RallyBright's Resilient Teams digital tool, earned her CAPM and SHRM-SCP certifications in 2022, and is an associate member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology.

Dr. Keith Francoeur

Dr. Keith Francoeur has over 20 years of assessment experience and has been with PCI Talent Assessment Solutions since 2005. In addition to conducting assessments as a practitioner-scientist, he has been responsible for training and managing PCI's global assessment team. He also leads continuous improvements in the assessment process based on the latest research. Keith has conducted thousands of selection and developmental assessments for individuals in roles ranging from semi-skilled positions to C-suite. He has served as a talent advisor to local, national, and international clients of all sizes, including Fortune 500 companies. He also has worked across most industries, including retail, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, private equity, education, and real estate. Keith received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, and a Doctor of Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He leveraged PCI's archival data to complete his dissertati on, which examined the relationship between personality and leadership style. He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
